Directorate of Courts Affairs;
- Activating case management, alternative dispute settlement methods, managing judicial notifications, civil execution, and the judicial record.
- Proposing the adopting new methods that contribute to speeding up the litigation process, preserving court time, saving expenses, and minimizing risks, in coordination with those concerned in the Ministry, courts, and relevant authorities.
